Location was ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The modern decor and cleanliness of the apartment were impressive and made for a comfortable stay. the kitchenette facilities made it easy to prepare light meals and snacks.
The absence of reception made it confusing and awkward when a man showed us to a room that we assumed was temporary until we were checked in properly. the broken toilet seat and missing light bulbs took away from the overall experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered extra towels. We had difficulties in finding the exact location of the apartment but the staff was very patient in giving us the correct directions.

We were greeted promtly to give us access to our room. Unlike some other companies we did not have to pay a deposit. Room was spacious, very comfortable, on the top floor. Nice layout and well presented.

We loved the convenient location just a short walk from transportation and city attractions. The modern and clean apartment was equipped with excellent facilities, including parking. The helpful staff provided a great breakfast experience.
Nothing not too like.

The apartment was in a central location with a nice balcony and a great view of Manchester. The apartment was spacious and modern. We got this apartment at a bargain price so it was good value for money.
The corridor outside the apartment had carpet missing and there was a doorway leading off from the corridor with litter inside. We were told there would be parking available for £10.00 however as we were changed from one apartment block to another (due to water damage) there was no parking available on the grounds. We were directed to the nearest car park by the gentleman who met us there and he told us that parking was available there for £10.00. However, in actual fact it was £17.50. We turned the extractor fan on within the apartment in the kitchen area and small pieces of plastic bag flew out over the food we were cooking, we think a practical joke by a previous tennant!

The good value for its price. The room is really spacious with a well-equipped kitchen hence is quite suitable for a family. And the nearest railway station is five minutes' walk away.
The only shortcoming might be the location. You can't find it by yourself.

The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. the apartment itself looked modern and clean, giving a pleasant ambiance. the room provided a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring.
The lack of a reception and unclear communication about our room allocation was a drawback.

the room looked modern and clean, which was a delightful sight to see.
Although we had a decent stay, there were a few things that bothered us. there was no proper reception, and we were met by a man who wasn't very clear that the room shown was the one we were staying in.
